Queries by amount can be performed from the donor module, or from gift modules. In gift modules, you choose the amount or range of amounts, and FUNDimensions returns the donations, pledges or membership matching your criteria. This is the amount query dialog window for the pledge module:
In the Donor module, the amount query returns donor records based on gift records that match your criteria. You can elect to limit the gift records to only certain types (donations, memberships and/or pledges) and to certain dates. You can also configure the query to locate donors based on the amounts of individual gifts, the sum of each gift type, or the sum of all their gifts. This makes it easy to pose questions such as "which donors made gifts of at least $100 last year?" The dialog window is shown below:
