List and Record Statistics are on-screen reports that quickly summarize key
information about a selection of records or an individual record. These reports
are generated by choosing Output > List Statistics when a List View is frontmost,
or Record Statistics when an Input Window is in front. This is an example produced
with from the Donor List View:
The statistics appear for all donors in the database (left), for the records in the list (middle), and for records you have highlighted, if any (right).
There are also List Statistics reports for gift modules, which display such information as the rate of membership renewal, number of first time members, number of lapsed members, and other statistics.
Many of the statistics displayed in these windows are functions of time (Year-to-date, last year-to-date). For additional date reporting tools, see the Graph By Date tour page.
The Record Statistics command for the Donor Input Window produces information specific to the displayed record:
