This part of the Donor Input Window provides the means of classifying your donors in several ways. Through the Administration window, most of the labels of these fields can be set by you to customize the database.
Tabbing or clicking in the Category, Type, Volunteer and Solicitor fields produces a choice list. During setup of your database, you'll configure the lists with the items appropriate to your needs (yes, we'll help make those decisions, if you like). These lists, and the list of available keywords, can be changed and updated anytime: you can also restrict which users of the database are allowed to edit these lists, and require that certain list fields cannot be blank in a new record..
