Fundraising software for Macintosh and Windows

Once you have created a new calendar item, you can click the Management tab to design, plan, organize, and report on your event. Menu items (not shown) allow you to print reports, tickets, place cards and other materials. You can also export all your event information to a spreadsheet. Tags in gift records can be set up to allow automatic tracking of event-related gifts, so you are always on top of how your event is doing. You can quickly locate the large and small donors for your event, control their seating, add notes, and track hosts, advertisers and VIPs. For more information on this window, see the Version 7 Upgrade Guide (PDF, 25 pages).

Ticket printing is set up to allow you to quickly print to the perforated, serialized ticket/stub stock available at office supply stores. You fill in the event title, location, time, date, etc. and optionally set a banner graphic for printing on the ticket: FUNDimensions then prints a ticket for each registrant, containing their seat assignment (if you have set one) and their name. This makes creation of personalized tickets fast and easy, and can be followed up with envelope or label printing for mailing your tickets out to their purchasers. If you want additional flexibility, FUNDimensions can also export all the ticket information to a text file, which can be merged with a ticket template in your word processor.

Ticket printing and most other reports are produced through the dialog window shown below. This shows the many options available to provide exactly the information you want in your reports:

You can also utilize the Report Editor to create custom reports, exports and graphs for an event. Standard exports to text files are also available on a one-row-per-ticket or one-row-per-registrant basis. These can be used to create a spreadsheet containing all your event data, or to print tickets by merging data to a word processor.
