The Calendar and Scheduling Module assists the fundraisier in organizing and coordinating their efforts, and helps ensure important fundraising actions are performed at the ideal time. You can set reminders, display multi-day banners or pictures, drag and drop events between days, and use color to help you organize your schedule.

You can start the calendar in 3 ways:

• Choose File menu > Calendar, or
• Type Control-9 (Windows), Command-9 (Mac), or,
• Set the calendar to appear when the software is started, by choosing File menu > Preferences, clicking the new Calendar tab, and checking Always Show Calendar at Startup.

Doing any of those actions displays the calendar window:

• Create new events, or open existing ones for editing, or delete events.
• Drag and drop events between days on the calendar.
• Cut, copy and paste events between calendar pages.
• Browse months and years using the navigation buttons (upper left).
• Go directly to the current day or to any date you want to see.The current day is highlighted in blue, bolded and underlined.
• Search for any string of characters, either backwards or forwards from the selected date.
• Print the calendar.
