Entry of multiple gift records is easier when there is less data to enter.
FUNDimensions supports a mapping of gift amount to acknowledgment letter templates, recognition products and membership classes. By configuring these items in the Administration window, they get inserted in the gift record as soon as a gift amount is entered. Shown belowis the tab for setting defaults in donation records. Memberships and pledges can have their own, independent default values:
To further accelerate gift entry, FUNDimensions takes notice of prior gifts and copies credit card information when applicable, warning you if the card has expired in the meantime.
